StudentMower is a locator service that allows users ("Customers") to connect directly with local students ("Student Mowers") for various services. StudentMower is a registered dba ("doing business as") of Service Finder, LLC. We are NOT a service provider, employment agency, or recommendation platform. We do not employ, endorse, recommend, or guarantee any students. We simply provide a directory-style platform for safe initial contact.
IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER: We do not perform background checks, verification, or screening of students. We are a locator service only, similar to a directory or yellow pages. Users are solely responsible for verifying students and conducting their own due diligence.
2. Eligibility
Students must be at least 13 years old with a parent or guardian's consent. Customers must be 18 years or older.
3. Account Registration
Students may need to register for a profile and must keep their information accurate and current. We reserve the right to accept or reject registrations at our discretion.
4. Independent Contractors
All Students operate as independent contractors. StudentMower is not involved in the negotiation or completion of tasks. Customers assume all risk.
5. Payment and Fees
Students and Customers negotiate pricing independently. We do not process payments. Optional promotional services for Students may carry fees.
6. QR Code Use
Each Student may receive a custom QR code linking to their profile. Unauthorized duplication is not allowed.
7. Prohibited Use
Users may not post false or illegal content, impersonate others, or tamper with the platform.
8. Intellectual Property
All platform content and design belong to StudentMower and may not be reused without permission.
9. Disclaimers
We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or reliability of any students or services. We do not perform background checks, verification, or screening. We are not liable for any damages, injuries, or losses arising from services provided by students. Use of the platform is at your own risk. We are a locator service only and do not endorse, recommend, or guarantee any students.
