- Do I need to create an account? No account is required to browse student profiles. However, sending a message to a student will create a basic account for communication purposes.
- How do I contact a student? Click "Contact" on a student's profile to send them a message through our platform.
- Is there a fee to use the platform? No, browsing and contacting students is completely free. You pay students directly for their services.
For Students
- How do I create a profile? Sign up through our student registration page to create your profile.
- What information should I include? Include services you offer, your service area, pricing, and any relevant experience. You control what information is visible.
- How do I manage my profile? Log in to your account to update your profile, service area, pricing, and availability at any time.
- How do I respond to messages? Check your account dashboard for messages from homeowners and respond directly through the platform.
Account Management
Account Creation
When you send a message to a student, a basic account is automatically created using your email or phone number. This allows you to receive responses and manage your communications.
Account Deletion
You can request account deletion at any time by contacting us. When you request deletion:
- Your profile will be removed from public view
- You will no longer appear in search results
- Your account will be deactivated
- We may retain a copy of your information for quality assurance and follow-up purposes only
- Retained information will not be shown to future customers or used for marketing

How does the platform work?
StudentMower Network is a locator platform that connects homeowners with local students offering services. We provide a directory-style platform where you can browse profiles, view service areas, and make initial contact. All service arrangements, pricing, and payments are handled directly between homeowners and students.
Do you perform background checks?
No. We are a locator platform only and do not perform background checks, verification, or screening of students. Users are responsible for conducting their own due diligence. Please review our disclaimer for complete details.
How do I report a problem?
If you encounter spam, inappropriate behavior, or have safety concerns, you can:
